At Pizzaovenperfection.com, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous Australia.
For shipments to USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK and Europe, or international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
2. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Australia).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
3. Transit and Delivery Time
Once processed, your order will be shipped via a trusted carrier.
- Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–14 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons may impact delivery times.
4. Freight Shipping & Large Items
Due to the size and weight of many of our pizza ovens, some items are delivered via Freight (LTL).
- Liftgate Service: Most large ovens include liftgate delivery to the curb.
- Delivery : The carrier will contact you via text on the phone number provided at checkout to advise of delivery time. Details of delivery service will be available to reschedule the delivery if necessary. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
- Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting the pallet/packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size of our products.
- A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
7. Address Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@pizzaovenperfection.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
8. Damages in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at info@pizzaovenperfection.com. For freight shipments, please note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
